Tips for clean cut-outs
- Clear subject, simple background
- Photos where the subject stands out from the background give the cleanest edges.
- Use PNG for transparency
- JPG cannot store transparency, so a transparent result is saved as PNG (or WebP).
- White for marketplaces
- Many online shops ask for product photos on pure white — pick the white swatch or type #FFFFFF.
- Also strip the location
